We have moved the Court of Honor from May 12th to May 19th.  The District has scheduled William’s Eagle Board of Review for the 12th and I need to be at both.  This gives Scouts a little more time to complete any outstanding requirements.

T-shirt Order due 5/26

Before Summer Camp, we will place an order for additional t-shirts.  The cost is $16 for short sleeve and $18 for long sleeve.  We encourage Scouts to bring 4 Troop T-shirts to Summer Camp as they will wear them every day to their sessions.  Troop T-shirts improve behavior and accountability.  Please turn in the attached order form with your payment.

I’ve attached the updated Calendar and Roster for the Troop.  Please keep these for future reference.

Annual Health and Medical Record – due May 19, 2026

The Annual Health and Medical Record form can be found online at https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/. Parts A, B1, B2, and C should be completed annually for all Scouts, Dads, and leaders attending campouts and are due to Mr. Chuck Utterback by May 19. Parts A, B1 and B2 are required for everyone.  Part C is required for ANYONE attending Summer Camp or attending a Scout event of more than 72 hours.  Part C requires a doctor’s signature, so make your appointments now.

  • Please TURN IN (2) COPIES of the forms to Mr. Utterback and also keep a copy for your home records. This allows Mr. Utterback to send copies in advance to Summer Camp and still have a copy in his possession for quick reference. You can turn in forms at a troop meeting or you can mail forms
  • IMPORTANT! – Please provide a copy of your insurance card with the form – both front and back
  • Provide the immunization record on Part B2 (Separate printout is also acceptable)
  • Be sure that the Scout and Parent sign the forms (on Parts A and B2)
  • Do not leave any lines blank (You must designate at least one adult to transport your Scout on Part A)
  • Do not email the health forms
  • Any changes in medications taken from what is reported on the health form should be communicated to Mr. Utterback so he has the most up-to-date information at all times.
  • If you turn in all health and medical records forms and copies of insurance card by May 19, you will receive a free ice cream at Summer Camp!
