Renewal Fees for 2017 – Due next Tuesday

Renewal fees for 2017 are due for all Scouts and BSA registered adults by November 15^th.  The fee is $36 for Scouts which includes $24 for registration and $12 for Boys’ Life magazine (siblings may share one Boys’ Life subscription). The renewal fee for registered adults is $24. ScoutBucks may be used. Please pay renewal fees to Mr. Frederick Lee.

 

Order of the Arrow fees are also due and are $10 for OA members, please pay these to Mr. Brent Snyder.

 

Greenery Volunteers Needed

Our greenery order will arrive at the church sometime next week, but we think it may arrive on Tuesday.  We need some volunteers at the garage to help sort the greenery into orders and move it inside the garage. It will likely be mid-day on Tuesday 11/15, but could be another day.  If you can help with this, please let Mrs. Gina Eddleman know. (Gina_E@bellsouth.net)

 

Cyber Chip

All Scouts who have not completed the Cyber Chip need to complete the requirements as soon as possible. At the 11/15 Troop meeting next Tuesday, there will be some time for Scouts to view the videos and work on their personalized contracts. Once the Scout completes the requirements, they need to have a Scoutmaster conference and sign off, and then need to bring the signed document to Mrs. Becky Vietzke to record completion. Popcorn and Greenery Pickup

Mr. Ross Earl will be have the popcorn orders at the church at the Troop meeting next Tuesday, 11/15, so be sure to pick up your order.

We hope to have the greenery orders also on Tuesday night, but it may be another night, be on the lookout for an email. Please pick up greenery items at the Ralph Moak garage.

Merit Badge Counselors Needed

Extra Greenery for Sale

Because of the supplier’s requirement that we cannot purchase partial boxes, we will have a number of extra greenery items to sell that are listed below with the prices and quantities left. The items below will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, and additional items will not be available. If you can sell or would like to purchase any of these items, please let Mrs. Gina Eddleman know your order (Gina_E@bellsouth.net), and turn in the money to her as well.  All items sold at the full price will be added to your total sales for Scout Bucks and prizes.
