Just a reminder that these are due tonight:
·Troop t-shirt orders and money are due to Mrs. Teri Gulati. Please turn these in before tonight’s meeting or at the beginning of the meeting.
·Please turn in Spaghetti Supper money for tickets sold to Mrs. Kelley Lee and any unsold tickets (unless you think you can sell them by Friday).
·The $25 campout sign-up and fee for the March 4-6 Campout at Moore Woods is due tonight.
Also, the Spaghetti Supper is this week:
·Thursday night prep from 6 pm – 8 pm, bring a food processor if you have one
·Friday – please deliver desserts before 4 pm. Scouts need to report at 4 pm in uniform, they will eat before 5 pm. Each Scout needs a ticket for their meal.
·Friday prep will begin at 9 am. Please arrive on time for the job you signed up for.
·Everyone please plan to be there at the end of the supper at 7 pm to help with clean-up. The more people we have to clean up, the faster it will go!
