Ralph was a dedicated Troop 48 Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster whose work with Troop 48 spanned nearly five decades from 1965 until his death in 2000. Here he is recognized for 25 years of service to Scouting by the AFL-CIO Labor Council. Ralph influenced many boys, each of whom remember him fondly. Ralph was married to Alva Moak. (circa ?)
