Class Information:
When: July 29th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Faith Presbyterian Church (Class begins and ends here.)
8816 Poplar Pike, Germantown, Tennessee
In Faith Hall. (Enter through main white doors and go straight back.)
Schedule:Classroom work from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Eat sack lunch from 12:30 to 1 p.m.
Leave to travel to the Cotton Museum in downtown Memphis – 1 p.m.
Tour the Cotton Museum – 2 to 3 p.m.
Leave to travel to Faith Presbyterian Church - 3 p.m.
Pick up from Faith Presbyterian Church by 4 p.m.
Cost:Each person will need to pay for entry into the Cotton Museum. Discounted rates are $5 for Scouts, $6 for seniors and $7 for adults. (Scholarships are available for Boy Scouts.)
What to bring:
Where your complete field uniform.
Completed Merit Badge Application (blue card) signed by a unit leader.
A sack lunch
A water bottle
Cash for admission to the Cotton Museum.
Pen or pencil
Merit badge pamphlet or arrangements to share one with someone present. |
