December Campout Fee due Tuesday, 11/30
Our December campout will be Dec 11-12, Saturday and Sunday, at Maumelle Park with a climb and hike at Pinnacle Mountain in Little Rock, AR. The $25 per person campout fee is due this Tuesday, 11/30 to Mr. Frederick Lee.
Winter Camp fees due Tuesday, 11/30
If you are attending Winter Camp at Kia Kima December 27-30, the deadline to pay is this Tuesday, November 30. The fee is $140 for Scouts and $100 for Adults.
Unsold Greenery

December Court of Honor, December 7 – Potluck at 6 PM – Please sign up
We will be holding our December Court of Honor and Troop Christmas Party Potluck on December 7 at 6 PM, so please plan to attend with your family. Scouts will have a gift exchange: each Scout who wants to participate will need to bring a wrapped gift with a value of $5-$15. We will have a potluck dinner, please sign up for what you will bring at the link below. If you are not bringing a meat dish, please consider signing up for two items. Please note the earlier start time at 6 PM, not 7 PM.
Christmas Food Basket Service Project – December 14, 4:30 PM – Please sign up
Our service project to deliver Christmas Food Baskets is on Tuesday, December 14 at 4:30 PM. We will meet at the church, assemble the food baskets, have a pizza dinner, and then teams will drive out to the deliver the baskets. We need adult drivers to volunteer and we need Scouts to assemble and deliver the baskets. We also need a few older Scouts to help with the grocery shopping prior to the event. Winter Camp at Kia Kima – December 27-30
For the first time in a long while, the Troop is planning to send a contingent to Kia Kima Winter Camp. The dates are December 27-30. Snow is possible at that elevation and time of year. We'll be camping in our own tents but eating in the dining hall. Scouts will be able to sign up for 3 merit badges (See page 3 of the Leader's Guide for the list). The cost will be $140 for Scouts and $100 for Adults. Registration is now open so some classes are starting to fill up (specifically Welding). If your Scout is interested in attending, please let John Dockstader know which merit badges he wants to earn. He can register right away without payment but would like the money turned in by November 30th. Please call John Dockstader at 512-364-5453 if you have any questions.
Just a reminder – Scouts need to bring their BSA Handbook to all Troop meetings
