Awards Court of Honor and Troop Christmas Party Potluck Dinner – December 6 at 6 PM – Please sign up
We will be holding our December Court of Honor and Troop Christmas Party Potluck on Tuesday, December 6 at 6 PM, so please plan to attend with your family. Scouts will have a gift exchange: each Scout who wants to participate will need to bring a wrapped gift with a value of not more than $25. We will have a potluck dinner, please sign up for what you will bring at the link below. If you are not bringing a meat dish, please consider signing up for two items. Please note the earlier start time at 6 PM, not 7 PM.

Christmas Food Baskets Service Project – Tuesday, December 13, 4:30 PM – Please sign up
Our service project to deliver Christmas Food Baskets is on Tuesday, December 13 at 4:30 PM. We will meet at the church, assemble the food baskets, have a pizza dinner, and then teams will drive out to the deliver the baskets. We need adult drivers to volunteer and we need Scouts to assemble and deliver the baskets. We also need a few older Scouts to help with the grocery shopping prior to the event. Mr. Richard Ralph will be leading this event again this year. Please click on the link to sign-up to volunteer. Christmas Food Basket Service Project Sign-Up We need 10 adults to volunteer, two adults per car to deliver 5 baskets, so please sign up if you can drive or ride with another adult. Please sign up any Scouts who are planning to be there so we can buy the appropriate amount of pizza.
Merit Badge College Opportunity – January 7
A Merit Badge College is being offered at Delta State on Saturday, January 7th, 2023. It's only a little over 2 hours to drive there. There is also an opportunity to camp there the night before. Registration is 7-8 am. The cost is $30 for Scouts and $15 for Adults (lunch included). Greenery Fundraiser
Our greenery fundraiser is only online this year. Send this link to your customers for them to order holiday greenery items that will be shipped directly to them via FedEx. https://giftitforward.com/applycoupon/applycouponlink/index/coupon_code/TR48TN001
The last day for orders is December 9. Our troop will earn $8 per item sold. There will not be any Scout Bucks offered for this fundraiser this year. Attached is the greenery brochure that was handed out.
