Pancake Supper Fundraiser – Wednesday, July 19th
Our Pancake Supper Fundraiser will be Wednesday, July 19 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Tickets are available online at the link below, or using the attached QR code:
Tickets are $10, with Children age 5-12 at $5. Tickets will also be available at the door. The online ticket site will request an editable contribution to help cover credit card fees, but you can choose “Other” and enter $0 to pay no fee. If you are working at the fundraiser and want to eat, you need to purchase a ticket.
We need as many Scouts and Adults available to help work at the fundraiser. Please sign up using the link below:
Set-up – Tuesday, July 18th – 7 PM
We need all Scouts available on Tuesday night 7/18 to set up from 7 PM to 7:30 PM. Adults are welcome to help as well!
Wednesday, July 19th
Cooks need to report at 3:30 PM.
Scouts should report at 4:30 PM in uniform.
Clean up will start at 7 PM and we should be done by 8:30 PM.
If you can only be there part of the time, please note the times you will be available in the Comments.
Campout Fees
The Troop Committee has voted to raise the regular campout fee from $25 to $30 per person to help cover increasing costs. This will be effective with the August 11-13 campout.
Summer Schedule and Uniforms
There will be no regular troop meetings on July 18 and 25 for the summer break. The only exception to this is that there will be a Swim Fun Night (and swim checks if needed) on July 25 at Germantown Athletic Club. Regular weekly troop meetings will resume on August 1. Also, the Troop wears Class B activity uniforms for the summer at Troop meetings until Labor Day (Troop t-shirt instead of Uniform shirt, no neckerchief, but still have BSA socks, belt, shorts/pants and cap). Class A field uniforms are required when traveling on all trips, even in the summer.
