REMINDER – PICNIC begins at 6 PM tonight next to the Ralph Moak garage at the church. Bring a lawn chair. Feel free to bring any outdoor games such as a football, soccer ball, or Frisbee.
Scouting for Food
Scouting for Food is an annual service drive sponsored by the Chickasaw Council, Boy Scouts of America, International Paper, the Mid-South Food Bank and local food pantries across the region. Scouts across the Mid-South will soon collect more than 25,000 lbs. of food items for our community’s most needy. The Scouting for Food campaign runs October 11 - November 20 and our troop has been asked to fill three (3) grocery bags with items. If you would like to commit to providing some food items, please contact Scoutmaster Issing.

Popcorn Fundraiser
Just a reminder to keep taking orders and money for BSA popcorn until October 19th. Please see my 8/15/21 email for details. The first Fill-It-Up Prize drawing will be on October 5th – if you fill up an order form, you are eligible to enter the drawing. Scouts will earn 60% of the profit from the popcorn sales in Scout Bucks, so this is a good way to help offset your family’s Scouting expenses.
Greenery Fundraiser
The greenery fundraiser orders and money are also due October 19. If you have any questions or need more Holiday Gift Order forms, please contact Mrs. Toni Nygren.Scouts will earn 60% of the profit from the greenery sales in Scout Bucks.
Just a reminder – Scouts need to bring their BSA Handbook to all Troop meetings
